2011年5月1日より施行

2016年5月1日より全車適用

Japan Ministry of land, infrastructure, transportation and tourism (MILT) requested a public comment to adopt the R10.03.

Proposal date;

enforce : 1 May 2011

New vehicle shall be complies with R10.03 from 1 May 2016.
